【摘要】 火烧山李晓华站是一座集原油处理、污水处理、伴生气处理、油田注水为一体的综合性站库。该站自1988年建成投产以来,部分管线及设备设施服役时间已近30年,并且受流体物性及地层环境等因素影响,损坏情况严重。针对火烧山李晓华站地面系统建设现状,通过建立完整性管理以及智慧管网系统,首次将城市智慧管网和长输油气管道的完整性管理技术在该站管线完整性管理、泄漏及时预警、运行状态实时监控、精确定位以及信息共享等方面进行了成功应用。不仅实现了管线数据三维可视化、管线信息全生命周期分析的等综合管理技术,而且还充分提升了智能化巡检维护水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huoshaoshan Li Xiaohua CPF in Xinjiang oilfield,as one integrated station,is a set of crude oil processing,sewage treatment,associated gas treatment,oilfield water injection.Since the station running from the1988,some pipelines,equipment and facilities have been in service for nearly 30 years and are seriously damaged due to fluid properties and formation environment.In this paper,on basis of the present situation of the surface system in LiXiaohuaCPF of HuoShaoshan operation area,through establishing integrity management and intelligent pipe network system,for the first time,the technology of urban intelligence pipe network and long-distance oil and gas pipeline integrated management has been successfully applied in pipeline integrity management,early warning of leakage,real-time monitoring of operating status,precise positioning and information sharing.It not only realizes the comprehensive management technologies such as three-dimensional visualization of pipeline data and analysis of life cycle of pipeline information,but also fully enhances the intelligent inspection and maintenance level.更多还原
