暂堵用小分子水凝胶的构筑及性能研究
Study on the Properties and Preparation of Small Molecular Hydrogel for Temporary Plugging
【摘要】 以芥酸酰胺丙基二甲胺(芥酸PKO)、无水柠檬酸(CA)及十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)三种小分子物质构筑了一种暂堵用小分子水凝胶。研究了小分子水凝胶的成胶性能、破胶性能,以及流变性能。结果表明,CTAB能够促进蠕虫状胶束的增长,从而促进形成水凝胶。碳酸钠通过破坏形成蠕虫状胶束的静电作用而实现快速破胶。流变结果表明,小分子水凝胶是由蠕虫状胶束相互缠结而形成了网络结构,具有凝胶的黏弹性特征,这在暂堵领域有潜在应用前景。
【Abstract】 A small molecular hydrogel for temporary plugging was prepared with erucamidopropyl dimethylamine(erucic acid PKO), anhydrous citric acid(CA) and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB). The gelling properties, gel breaking properties and rheological properties of small molecular hydrogels were studied. The results showed that CTAB could promote the growth of wormlike micelles and the formation of hydrogel. Sodium carbonate could quickly break the hydrogel by destroying the electrostatic action that formed worm-like micelles. The rheological results showed that the small molecular hydrogel with the network structure was formed by the entanglement of wormlike micelles. The small hydrogel has the viscoelastic characteristics of gel, which has a potential application prospect in the field of temporary plugging.
